The Ivy

The Ivy is an urban townhome development in Calgary’s University District. This multi-developer, master-planned community has been designed to service and enriches the ever-growing neighbourhood’s in and around the University of Calgary, Alberta.

In designing the Discovery Centre graphics and brochure, the primary objective was to convey to the target audience that Brookfield’s IVY project would offer the unique opportunity to live in a vibrant new inner-city community while also benefiting from being connected to the established neighbourhood, already rich in amenities.
