Royal Bay, a 465-acre master planned seaside community, offers heritage-inspired single-family residences in an amenity-rich neighbourhood like no other. Our strategic objectives were to generate awareness of this breathtaking location, as well as peak interest among our target audience by offering a rare chance to live in an oceanfront community with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains and Victoria’s inner harbour.
As a multi-phased, multi-year build out, a master plan project of this magnitude required a sophisticated Home Store designed for ease of future phase updates of sales graphics, as well as an extensive monument signage program throughout the site.
